Will it fit comfortably around me?
Measure around the area where you’ll wear the belt, over your usual clothing. The fastening needs enough overlap to hold securely.
Overall belt measurements are not a waist-fit range.

How long is a session?
The built-in timer is approximately 15 minutes. Follow the session guidance supplied with your belt.
Can I adjust how strong it feels?
Yes. Use the integrated controller to choose from the available heat, vibration and air-pressure settings. Start low and choose what feels comfortable.
What do I need before my first session?
Charge the built-in battery and read the supplied instructions before your first session. The belt includes a USB-C charging cable; use a compatible power adapter as specified in the supplied instructions (adapter not included).
Is this a treatment for back pain?
Back Support is a general-comfort wrap, not a treatment for back pain. For a medical concern, consult a healthcare professional before use.
When will my order arrive?
U.S. orders are processed within 2–3 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery takes up to 14 business days. We email tracking details when they become available. Delivery times are estimates.
Standard shipping is free, except Alaska ($19.90).
Can I return it if I change my mind?
You can request a return within 30 days after confirmed delivery. The belt must be unused, unworn, undamaged and complete, with its original packaging and all included accessories and materials.

What if it arrives damaged or doesn’t work?
