Shipping destinations and costs

ThermoLuma offers standard shipping to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase, except for Alaska.

Alaska Standard Shipping costs US$19.90. Available delivery options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.

What happens after purchase

We send an order confirmation to the email address used at checkout. When carrier tracking becomes available, we email the tracking details so you can follow the shipment.

Processing and delivery

Orders to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom are processed within 2–3 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery takes up to 14 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. The delivery period starts after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier, weather, address and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect timing.

Address accuracy

Please review your delivery address before placing an order. Email hello@thermoluma.com promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee an address change after processing begins.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation requests should be made before processing begins. We will try to help, but cancellation is not guaranteed after processing. Once an order has shipped, the Return and Refund Policy applies.

Delays, loss or delivery problems

If tracking has not updated or a parcel appears delayed after dispatch, email hello@thermoluma.com with your order number. We will review the available carrier and fulfillment information and explain the next available step.
