These Terms of Service govern use of the ThermoLuma online store and purchases made through it. The storefront is operated under the ThermoLuma name by:

General-comfort products
ThermoLuma products are offered for general comfort and everyday wellness routines. They are not presented as medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent a disease or medical condition. Product information is not medical advice. Follow the instructions supplied with the product and consult an appropriate health professional when you have a medical concern.
Store use
You may use this store only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful code, infringe another party’s rights or use store content in violation of applicable law.
Product information and availability
We work to present product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. Display colors and appearance may vary by device. We may correct an error, update information, limit quantities or discontinue an offering where permitted by law.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. We may reject or cancel an order for a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, shipping restriction or another lawful reason. If payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, it will be refunded to the original payment method.
Prices and payment
Prices and applicable charges are shown during checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing error before accepting an order. Payment processing is provided by the payment methods available at checkout and may be subject to their terms.
Shipping, returns and privacy
Purchases are also governed by the Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If a policy conflicts with rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, those legal rights control.
Intellectual property
The ThermoLuma name, store design, original text, graphics and other store materials are owned by or licensed to the store operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the store for personal shopping and information.
Third-party services and links
The store may use or link to third-party services, including payment, shipping and research-reference sites. Their services and content may be governed by separate terms. ThermoLuma is not responsible for third-party content except to the extent required by law.
Disclaimers and liability
The store and products are provided subject to the warranties and consumer rights required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and date. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that have already arisen unless applicable law permits it.
Governing law
These Terms and any contract between you and ThermoLuma are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law that would otherwise apply in the consumer’s place of habitual residence.
Subject to those mandatory consumer rights, disputes shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction in Warsaw, Poland.
